Options include a simple ‘plan on a page’ to a full business plan or even a destination management plan. The process will start with a facilitated strategic planning workshop or two to get the views and buy-in needed to formulate and focus. A cost-effective approach is to start with both your workshop outputs and a strategic plan template that you and your team can then pick up and make your own.
